Our department consists of 42 volunteer and junior firefighters, 12 auxiliary members, and 9 members on the Board of Directors.

The day to day business of the department is supervised by the Board of Directors. Members are selected each year by the community at the Annual Meeting, held in late January/early February. To be nominated to serve, you must own property or reside in the Fork Fire District. Board members serve 3 year terms and can serve two full terms before rotating off the board for a year. Board meetings are held each 2nd Thursday of the month at the Station.
